REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the limited-edition nature of our drops, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at ascendapparel54@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defect or damage
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or full refund if a replacement is not available.

What We Don't Accept

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or sizing issues
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
