Frequently asked questions

What is the return policy?

All orders are final. Returns are only accepted for damaged or unwearable products. Size issues cannot be accepted. Sizing charts are included in every product description. To start a return, email a photo of the item and your order number to ascendapparel54@gmail.com

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 7–12 days.

Can I request a custom design?

Yes, we offer custom designs outside of the store. To get started, email us at ascendapparel54@gmail.com.

Will old designs ever come back?

Most designs will not return once a collection ends. Occasionally, our all-time best sellers come back, usually at in-person events, but this is rare and not every collection will return. Seasonal designs, however, are brought back each year. The Athletics collection is permanent and will always be available. When designs do return, they are sometimes updated or released as a new version, making each return unique. If there’s something you love, it’s best to grab it while it’s available.
